How long have you been training?
Fitness: 4 years (sport). Weights: 1 year (for a change in body shape size)

How did you get started in the fitness industry?
Racing 450 A grade motocross it showed my passion for health and fitness

Why do you train?
It makes me feel good about my self and boost my self esteem

What are your ultimate fitness goals?
To get to 90kg and be all rounded in full body tone no rush just slowly currently 79kg

Who are your fitness idols/inspirations?
Iron man are tuff dudes

What does a typical training week look like for you?
Chest / hamstrings / shoulders / quads / back I throw in core and arms between those
 

What is your favourite body part to train and why?
Core because I can do some crazy moves
 

What is your motivation every day to train?
To better my looks and improve my fitness

Have you had any obstacles or setbacks
towards achieving your goal physique?
Yes I've dislocated my shoulder a few times from racing and it is always a problem

What does your daily diet/nutrition 
look like?
Each meal protein carb and good fats and 6 meals per day all with high carb intake and yes it gives you abs!

Supplementation?
Whey protein isolate and that's about it !
