How long have you been training?
How did you get started in the fitness industry?
I got started to originally help with my depression. I now train every day, and have overcome the depression. I am now prepping for a fitness comp and during this I hope to inspire women that ANYTHING is possible, and you can over come ANYTHING that comes your way.
What are your ultimate fitness goals?
I am currently prepping for IFBB in March 2015. My ultimate goal is to be a well known female fitness figure in the industry and help other women overcome daily battles and achieve their goals.
Who is your fitness idol?
Paige Hathaway. She has told her story of coming from nothing, the absolute bottom, and rose to the top. I admire her passion, and her drive to succeed.
What does a typical training week look like for you?
I train twice a day. Heavy weights in the morning, followed by 15 mins cardio and then more weights in the evening!
Wednesday is my favourite day of my program. It includes the prowler (love/hate relationship) and followed by abs abs abs!
What is your favourite body part to train?
My favourite body part to train is hammies. They add SO much shape to your body and your bum! It used to be my weakest part to train, but each week it gets stronger and stronger :)
What is your motivation every day to train?
To become a better version of myself, and to inspire other girls to do the same.
Have you had any obstacles or setbacks towards achieving your goal physique?
Fortunately, not yet. I started from a dark place (mentally and physically) and I refuse to go back there. I have trained since then, and I will not stop. I haven't got a specific goal physique in mind, I just want to be the best I can, and stay healthy and happy.
What does your daily diet/nutrition look like?
I eat 6 times a day, and go from red meat in the mornings for breakfast, and finish the day with white meat. All meals include vegetables and carbs or fats.
The best part about comp prep is... I'M ALWAYS EATING!
I take probiotics daily, glutamine, fibre and wheyshotnow protein powder for post workout shakes to help my body recover!
Favourite motivational quote?
Don't ever give up on something you can't go a day without thinking about.
