EXPRESS POST:
Australia Post Express EPARCEL (Express Delivery with Tracking - Signature Required)

This is our Express service, your item should arrive within 24-48 hours (business days)
*Someone must be home to sign for the package or it may be carded and taken back to the depot. You can give us AUTHORITY TO LEAVE the parcel at your property, however there is NO INSURANCE with this option and completely at your own risk.
The shopping cart will automatically update your shipping costs within the admin area.

As at MARCH 2015 shipping costs are:

FREE POSTAGE (Orders over $75)
or standard postage prices for total order under $75:
$7.95 for items up to 500 grams
$8.95 for items up to 1kg
$11.95 for items up to 3kg
$15.00 for unlimited items, any weight, within Australia.

 

Above postage prices do not apply to wholesale customers or invoiced goods, or items that are marked as Sent from Sydney Warehouse/No free shipping.

Australia Post Registered PACK & TRACK - Disclaimer

Our Registered Post is through regular Australia Post.
PLEASE NOTE: This is service does have tracking and  can be tracked on the Australia Post website.

Someone must be home to sign for the package or it may be carded and taken to your local post office. Identification will be required for all international orders and must be the same name as the credit card payment provider.

Some international orders may be subject to customs charges, duties & VAT taxes. We have no knowledge or responsibility for any countries tax rates on clothing imports, this is your responsibility to check prior to ordering on our site.
We accept no responsibility for any charges in your country. If any orders are returned to sender due to unpaid taxes we will refund only your order cost, less the costs of shipping. If any orders are held by customs in another country or disposed of due to unpaid taxes, duty or VAT your order will not be refunded under any circumstances

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES - Australia Domestic ONLY

All orders received before 1:00 PM AEST are shipped on the same day and depending on the postage option selected the following are the expected deilvery timeframes :

AUSTRALIAN POST STANDARD POSTAGE - 5 to 10 WORKING DAYS

AUSTRALIAN POST EXPRESS - 1 to 2 WORKING DAYS

 


Fraud Free Zone
We do everything possible to check every order against possible fraud.
We will check your billing address, credit card details matching your shipping address, IP address and more. If you plan on using a stolen credit card, not only will we not ship your order, but the authorites in your area will be contacted, and instead of the post man coming to your door it will be the police man!
We take fraud very seriously here for the safety of all credit card users and our customers, so don't even think about it!
On some orders our couriers might ask you for photo ID, or to further verify your order, this also is fraud prevention to ensure the purchaser is the same person as the credit card holder.

We reserve the right to ask for further identification before shipping any order that may be high risk or we consider a potential stolen credit card.



Returns Policy
We are happy to replace any items that may be the wrong size or style, with no restrictions on time of purchase.

Our customers are most important to us and we will do our best to make sure every return is taken care of. All we ask is that items are returned in the same condition they were recieved, unworn, with tags attached & in the plastic poly bag they were sent in.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
*Customer arranges return delivery
*Must arrive back in original condition, unworn, tags attached and in plastic poly bag they were sent in. No exceptions.
*Refunds are processed LESS postage. In the event of a FREE postage promotion or order, you will be refunded the full item amount/s LESS our actual postage cost ($9.90 within Australia / International calculated on weight)

Exchanges

RETURN OPTION 1:
1. Purchase and pay for the items/sizes you are wanting to swap for direct from our site. This way we can send express as soon as payment is made.
Then:
Post back the original order/items to the address below, with a note asking for a refund (Preferably on the order slip sent with your goods).
As soon as the original order arrives back and is checked to be in original condition we can process the refund (less original post cost).

* Send back the original order to the address above, and include a PRE-PAID satchel, addressed to yourself inside with the item.
* Include a note explaining which size/style you want to exchange for.
